Welcome to the website of  ‘De Bekende Weg’.

‘De Bekende Weg’ is Dutch for the inner path we follow during life, realising the Soul’s Experiment, called ‘Living in a body’. In order to survive the material world based on duality, we develop a personality as a vehicle and it is because of that we almost forget our original Nature beyond daily life affaires.
To be remembered to your Essence an astrological chart reading or a psychic reading can be an option. We can also offer you astrological courses on different levels for further understanding of your spiritual path. Caelestis, School for Astrology, Awareness and Spirituality, is meant for those who want to become a professional astrologer.
The readings, lectures and workshops can also be English spoken.
Caelestis has a student exchange with the Irish, Dublin based, Blue Rose astrology school. Andrew Smith and Karen Morgan and Caelestis have both a spiritual way of using astrology.
International contacts are a fine tribute to the unfolding global consciousness and the exchanges both in Ireland and in The Netherlands are a great opportunity for all to expand their knowledge.

If you are interested in spiritual astrology, please contact us for more information about readings and courses, also in the UK.

A short introduction on
THE BLACK LIGHTS
The human quest is the love in our heart and our soul’s longing

The horoscope is often used as a means to approach psychological structures. In this way meaningful issues are touched upon. However, a person is more than his or her personality. That’s why spiritual questions which place a person in a larger scope often remain unanswered. Questions concerning the purpose of incarnation, the spiritual qualities and clarity we originally possess, and the reason for the patterns we have created in the course of our life. Spiritual astrology addresses such questions.

As mankind has lost its place in paradise, we all leave this state of unity to gain experience in duality. You may say this is a process of incarnation in which we lose our spirituality, our clarity, when coming from heaven down to earth.
Fortunately we keep on remembering, deep down, who we really are. Once we get a hint, e.g. when an astrologer points out the issues or when we are in therapy. Actually whenever people ask which path to follow in life, they already know the answer themselves. The path of destiny leads us down from heaven, to build an ego, find ourselves in big trouble and face the opportunity to overcome all this through spiritual growth, which is the return to our clarity. Our human quest in a nutshell.

In the chart, the Black Moon and the Black Sun symbolize this clarity. The ‘white’ lights are the beacons of the individual, the ego, but by focusing on these we will not find the true meaning of life. So there may come a moment in life when we are no longer satisfied just being a person who is constantly searching for the pot of gold on the other side of the rainbow, trying to become someone, forever running to meet our targets.

The Black Moon is metaphorically the point where we do not adapt to the world. We refuse to be an individual with only a narrow-minded view on life, because we know what it is like to have an open view on life. Here we are in some way ‘clairvoyant’. In terms of the chart it means our open view becomes manifest in the house where the Black Moon appears. (And to a some extent the sign it appears in). By refusing to conform we enter the struggle of daily life.
The point in the Moon's orbit that is closest to earth, called Priapus, is where we best  know to express our lunar qualities. We adapt to life's demands in order to get a big hand from the world.
